Terms of Use (Acceptable Use Policy)

1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to any person who accesses the website or the services provided via it. Insofar as separate or more extensive terms apply to individual services, those take precedence.

2. Permitted use

The website and its services may only be used within the framework of applicable laws and these terms. The following is prohibited in particular:

• posting, transmitting or generating unlawful, abusive, offensive, discriminatory or youth-endangering content
• entering data for whose processing no authorisation exists (e.g. third-party personal data without a legal basis or in breach of confidentiality obligations)
• infringement of third-party rights, in particular intellectual-property, personality or trade-secret rights
• reverse engineering, decompiling or unauthorised extraction of the services
• automated extraction (scraping), overloading or manipulation of the systems and circumvention of security and access measures
• use of the services for spam, malware or other abusive purposes

3. Responsibility for entered data and AI results

You are solely responsible for all data and content you enter and for ensuring that you are authorised to process this data. AI-supported services may deliver faulty, incomplete or fabricated results. You are obliged to independently verify AI outputs for accuracy and suitability before any use, and you bear responsibility for their use. The services do not constitute legal, tax or compliance advice.

4. Suspension in the event of a breach

In the event of a breach of these Terms of Use or of applicable law, DuneDive is entitled to block access to the website and the services in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice. Further legal steps and claims for damages remain reserved.

5. No warranty

The website and the services are provided without warranty of any particular availability, suitability or freedom from errors. The limitations of liability of the General Terms and Conditions and the Disclaimer apply.

6. Relationship to the GTC

Within the scope of a business relationship, the General Terms and Conditions of DuneDive LLC apply additionally and with priority. In the event of contradictions between these Terms of Use and the GTC, the GTC take precedence for the respective business relationship.

The German-language version prevails. In the event of discrepancies between the German and the English version, the German version takes precedence. These texts do not constitute individual legal advice.
